Many change initiatives are failing, often because they haven’t the appropriate basic conditions to succeed. Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has developed a model called DICE® based on a large amount of projects to assess the critical hard conditions. The score is then used to predict likelihood of success. This seminar explains the DICE® model and applies it on a recently completed change initiative in the speakers organisation, Tetra Pak. The speaker Jan Esbjörnsson works at Tetra Pak in Lund, Sweden.
