Measuring value, the different perceptions, and views of value by the different stakeholders of a project, the difficulty and need to create a common understanding of the value measure. Product delivery methods, possible approaches to project development (development approach and life cycle performance domains), which parameters we need to consider tailoring the value creation processes inside the project. I will present one my case history in which I highlighted the mapping between these concepts and a "complicated" project that I followed in past.
