Reimagine Agility online workshop Copenhagen 2026
Agile
Reimagine Agility is an initiative by PMI Agile Alliance to promote Agile and Agility by re-examining and clarifying the core values and principles of Agile and extending those values and principles into new communities, such as product management, non-IT organizational units, and overall enterprise agility.
What is the scope of the initiative?
The workshop
During this workshop, we will promote core values and principles of agile by focusing on moving forward on wicked problems. Wicked problems typically don’t have a clear definition; a single correct solution is unique and attempting to solve it impacts something else. Agile wicked problems could include agile leadership and culture, scaling, AI and automation just to mention a few possibilities.
At the workshop, we will work in small groups and see if we can move forward on the wicked problems.
Facilitator: Klaus Nielsen, PMI Global volunteer and PMI Denmark VP of Certifications
Early 2026 we will be running these sessions across the world and continuing to learn from one another while contributing to the broader Reimagining Agility and Enterprise Agility conversations.
