PMI Denmark together with Plamen Nikolov inviting you to a collaborative session where we will discuss in an interactive way the impact of advancement of AI on the project management. And how, todays project managers can learn new skills and adapt the changed way of working in the area of project management.

This session is second in the series of three hosted by PMI Denmark and facilitated by Plamen Nikolov. Each event will touch upon a unique side of the PMI knowledge triangle, October events are focused on Ways of Working and improving general Project Management practises. 

Artificial Intelligence - AI has had a significant impact on the project management. AI refers to the ability of the machines to mimic human intelligence, including learning, reasoning and self-correction. With the ability to analyze large amount of data, AI has revolutionized project management by enabling more efficient and erective decision making.

Integration of AI in project management has the potential to revolutionize the field through the introduction of novel tools and techniques capable of automating repetitive tasks, minimising efforts, and optimising overall efficiency. As organisations increasingly adopt AI powered project management tools, we anticipate considerable enhancement in the productivity, quality and cost effectiveness. It is crucial, however to acknowledge that AI is not a panacea, and necessitates human supervision and intervention to ensue that tools are utilised efficiently and ethically.

In this session we will discuss the impact of AI on the project management, example of AI in project management, challenges of AI in project management and the future of project management with AI.

About the facilitator:

Plamen Nikolov is fascinated by the intricate interconnections that bind individuals into cohesive group entities. His focus lies within facilitating the seamless transformation of groups into tightly-knit, high-performing teams. Drawing from his expertise consulting at a business incubator in Chile and subsequently steering his own entrepreneurial venture in Copenhagen, he has cultivated a toolbox of methodologies for nurturing community dynamics within groups of diverse compositions and scales.
