PMI-Denmark together with Novo Nordisk, production site Hillerød PMO is providing a unique opportunity for its members and selected non-members to learn how PMI knowledge areas have influenced this life science leader to develop their project management practices, and successfully scale their operations in Denmark and globally.

• If you are an experienced or aspiring project manager and have been wondering how you can build a global career as project manager in the Life Science Industry, this is your opportunity to learn about how it is to work at Novo Nordisk and what it takes to join this organisation.
• In this on-site event, you will get a unique opportunity to visit the production site at Hillerød and listen to project managers from Novo Nordisk, share their experiences from various project perspectives.
• More broadly, you will also learn about the PMO operations and governance, and how Novo Nordisk has developed its project execution model with inspiration from the PMI framework.

Please note we have limited seats for this event due to site entry requirements, and though we have kept registration open for members and non-members, the preference will be given to PMI-Denmark members, and remaining seats will be allocated to non-members on a first come first serve basis.
