Risk Management Forum at DTU
A full day conference at DTU focusing on risk management.
By Patryk Fraczyk
The new initiative ''Where Science Meets Practice''
DTU and PMI Denmark have hosted a full day event that addressed the risk management challenges within both academia and the industry. The conference had an interactive form and accommodated around 40 delegates. The event was built on insightful talks, case studies, teamwork and networking.
It was an excellent opportunity to learn how risk management is done in various organizations, e.g. some organizations are reactive and manage issues, whereas others have policies, process and tools that aggregate risks and escalate to the level needed to address them.
Below, please see the follow up message from the organizer, supplemented with a few slides from the event.
